What if it rains?

We always encourage a back-up plan. Such as a local church, gym, or facility that will allow you to hold the party indoors.

What is the cancellation policy?

If the party is cancelled by us due to weather, we allow a reschedule within 1 year.  Otherwise, we require AT LEAST 48 hours notice for reschedule. No refunds.

Can I rent one in the winter?

ABSOLUTELY! We encourage it! Just make sure you have somewhere indoors that has high ceilings such as a gym, church, etc. 

Is delivery and set up included? 

Yes it is! For the price shown, that includes delivery, set up, and take down within a 10 mile radius of 68132.

How much is delivery? 

Free if within a 10 mile radius! Otherwise, it’s .60 cents per mile each way.

When booking, does the time I select mean it will be set up by then? 

Yes! We will typically arrive an hour prior to ensure set up is on time for your party.

How big are the bounce houses? 

       Pretty large! For exact measurements, reference the details on each page.
